Prep cycle with tren ace 400/wk, test prop 350/wk, mast prop 400/wk. came in absolutely shredded. tren is the king of contest prep compounds and nothing else gives you that grainy dense look. dropped from 12% to about 6% bf while keeping almost all my muscle. the acid reflux and heartburn were annoying, digestive system was definitely compromised. worth it for the show but i only run tren for competition prep now, not offseason
Tren ace at 350mg/week alongside test. The strength gains were absolutely insane, nothing else compares. Within 2 weeks I was adding weight to the bar every session. The recomp effect is real too - I was visibly leaner and more muscular simultaneously. BUT the sides hit hard. Insomnia was brutal, maybe 4 hours of broken sleep per night. Night sweats soaking through sheets. Cardio capacity dropped to maybe 60% of normal. Lasted 8 weeks before I had to drop it because the sleep deprivation was affecting everything else in my life.
Ran tren a at 200mg/week which is considered low by most standards. even at that dose the results were noticeable - much harder look, veins popping everywhere, strength up. the sides were manageable at this dose. some night sweats but nothing crazy, sleep was slightly disrupted but i could still function. i think a lot of the tren horror stories come from people running 500+ which is just unnecessary imo

Low dose tren ace 150mg/week with 300mg test. this is the sweet spot imo. you still get the cosmetic benefits - hardness, vascularity, slight recomp effect - but the sides are very manageable. sleep was fine, mood was fine, cardio took a small hit but nothing dramatic. people who say you need 500mg of tren are just chasing diminishing returns while exponentially increasing sides
Third time running tren ace and I think Im done with it for good. The results are undeniable - nothing else makes you look like that. But every time I run it the sides seem worse. This last run at 300/wk I had terrible acid reflux, couldnt sleep, was irritable with everyone around me, and my blood pressure was consistently elevated despite cardio and clean diet. My bloodwork after was rough too. Theres better risk to reward ratios with other compounds.
