Anadrol 50mg/day for 4 weeks to kickstart a bulk. Put on 12lbs in the first two weeks which was mostly water and glycogen but the fullness was unreal. Looked absolutely massive in the gym. Strength gains were dramatic - added 30lbs to my bench and 40 to squat in a month. The appetite suppression was the biggest issue, eating enough was a struggle. Also felt lethargic by week 3. Powerful compound but harsh.

Anadrol is the king of mass builders and i dont care what anyone says. 100mg/day for 4 weeks had me looking like a different person. absolutely massive, veins everywhere despite the water retention, strength through the roof. the sides were tough though - headaches, nausea, killed my appetite which is ironic for a bulking compound. blood pressure was elevated and liver values were not great. keep it short and sweet

Low dose anadrol 25mg/day for 6 weeks. way more manageable than the 50-100mg doses most people run. still got great fullness and decent strength gains without the headaches and appetite issues. i think people go way too high with anadrol. 25mg gives you 80% of the benefit with 20% of the sides. my liver values were only slightly elevated and bp stayed in range. the sweet spot for sure

50mg anadrol pre-workout only on training days for 6 weeks. This approach really minimized the sides while giving me incredible pumps and strength for my workouts. On rest days I felt totally normal. Some guys advocate for this protocol and I can see why - you get the performance boost when you need it without constant liver stress. Gained about 8lbs of solid mass with this approach.
