used cenzo 300mg/ml test e and my mid-cycle bloods came back really disappointing. levels were way lower than they should have been at that dose. either underdosed or the concentration at 300mg/ml is causing issues with absorption. switched to a different lab's 250mg/ml and saw better numbers

stay away from their 50mg anavar tabs. the 10mg version is great but the 50mg tabs have gotten consistently poor feedback. possibly underdosed or inconsistent pressing. stick with the lower dose tabs and adjust quantity

var 40mg/day for 6 weeks stacked with test and primo. the synergy was excellent. var added a nice cosmetic touch on top of the primo - more vascularity, harder look, better pumps. no water retention at all. the cost was the biggest negative, genuine oxandrolone is expensive and theres a lot of fakes out there. make sure youre getting legit var because most of the cheap stuff is actually dbol or winny relabeled

Mast prop at 400mg/week for the last 8 weeks of my cut. The cosmetic effects are incredible if youre already lean enough. Below 12% bodyfat it gives you that dry grainy look that nothing else replicates. Muscles look harder and more defined, vascularity pops. Above 12% though youre not going to see much visually. Its not a mass builder at all but for aesthetics its top tier.

Arimidex 0.5mg EOD on my 500mg test cycle. Kept estrogen perfectly in range, no bloating, no gyno symptoms. The key is getting bloodwork to dial in your dose because too much AI is just as bad as too little. Some guys crash their estrogen and feel terrible. Start low and adjust based on bloodwork and how you feel. At the right dose this is an essential part of any aromatizing cycle.

I use prop for short blasts when I dont want to commit to a full 12-16 week cycle. 6 weeks at 100mg EOD, solid results without being married to a long cycle. Recovery is faster because it clears your system in days. Not the most convenient ester but it has its place in a smart protocol.
