Hcg as part of PCT - 1500iu eod for 2 weeks before starting nolvadex. this helped bridge the gap and jumpstart my natural production. recovery was much smoother than my first cycle where i went straight into nolva without hcg. bloodwork showed testosterone recovering to normal range within 6 weeks of PCT start. highly recommend incorporating hcg into your recovery protocol

Skipped HCG on my first two cycles because I thought it was optional. Big mistake. Testicular atrophy was significant and PCT recovery took months. Third cycle I ran HCG throughout at 500iu twice weekly. Night and day difference. Testes stayed normal size and I recovered natural production in about 4 weeks of PCT. Wont ever run a cycle without it again. Its cheap insurance.

HCG 500iu twice weekly throughout my entire cycle. Kept the boys full size and functioning which made PCT so much easier compared to previous cycles without it. Recovery of natural production was noticeably faster. My endo confirmed my LH response was much better coming off compared to guys who dont use HCG on cycle. Used hcg 250iu eod during my blast and cruise. testicular size maintained perfectly, no atrophy whatsoever. fertility was preserved too which was important to me and my wife. the only annoying part is the reconstitution and storage - has to be refrigerated and used within a certain timeframe. but the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience. should be mandatory for anyone running testosterone

Ran HCG at 1000iu twice a week which in hindsight was too much. My estrogen went through the roof because HCG stimulates intratesticular aromatase. Had to increase my AI significantly and still had estrogen issues. Dropped to 500iu twice weekly and things stabilized. The lesson is more is not better with HCG. Keep it at 500iu 2-3x per week for maintenance without the estrogenic headache.
