Exemestane 12.5mg twice a week with 500mg test. found this to be the sweet spot for me. no estrogenic sides, no crashed estrogen symptoms. the fact that its a suicidal inhibitor gives me peace of mind - if i take a bit too much it wont rebound like adex does. also seems to have a positive effect on IGF-1 levels and doesnt trash lipids as badly. switched from arimidex and havent looked back

Used nolvadex to treat gyno that developed during a cycle where I didnt have AI on hand. 40mg/day for 2 weeks then 20mg for 4 weeks. The lump under my nipple reduced significantly by week 3 and was mostly gone by week 6. Not completely flat but way better than it was. Also used it for PCT afterward. Versatile compound that every user should have in their medicine cabinet at all times.
