Ran nolvadex at 10mg/day as a preventative measure against gyno on cycle instead of AI. Worked well for keeping puffy nipples away without crashing estrogen like anastrozole can. Some emerging research suggests SERMs might actually be healthier than AIs for on-cycle estrogen management because they protect the breast tissue while letting estrogen do its job elsewhere. Been running this protocol for 3 cycles now with great results.

Nolvadex 20mg/day for pct. does what its supposed to do without much fuss. natural test levels recovered within a reasonable timeframe. the only side effect i noticed was some mild joint achiness which went away after i finished. compared to the horror stories about clomid sides this was a walk in the park. cheap, effective, well-tolerated. hard to ask for more from a pct drug

Nolva is the gold standard PCT drug and for good reason. 20/20/10/10 protocol after every cycle. recovery has been smooth every time. no significant side effects, maybe slightly lower libido during PCT which is expected. so much more tolerable than clomid. I dont understand why anyone would choose clomid over nolvadex unless they have a specific reason like fertility

Nolvadex 20mg/day for 6 weeks as PCT after a test and deca cycle. Recovery was smooth, natural test came back to normal range by week 8 post cycle. None of the emotional instability that I experienced with clomid previously. Also used it on cycle at 10mg/day when I felt early gyno symptoms forming and it stopped it dead in its tracks within days. Essential compound to always have on hand.

Used nolvadex to treat gyno that developed during a cycle where I didnt have AI on hand. 40mg/day for 2 weeks then 20mg for 4 weeks. The lump under my nipple reduced significantly by week 3 and was mostly gone by week 6. Not completely flat but way better than it was. Also used it for PCT afterward. Versatile compound that every user should have in their medicine cabinet at all times.
