var 40mg/day for 6 weeks stacked with test and primo. the synergy was excellent. var added a nice cosmetic touch on top of the primo - more vascularity, harder look, better pumps. no water retention at all. the cost was the biggest negative, genuine oxandrolone is expensive and theres a lot of fakes out there. make sure youre getting legit var because most of the cheap stuff is actually dbol or winny relabeled
50mg anavar daily for 8 weeks. Fantastic compound. The strength increase was steady and consistent - all my lifts went up 5-10% while eating at maintenance. The pump in the gym was amazing, muscles felt full and hard all day. My concern is lipids - HDL dropped significantly and LDL went up. Even though var is considered 'mild' it absolutely hammers your cholesterol. Get bloodwork done and dont run it longer than 8 weeks.
Ran var at 40mg/day for 6 weeks during a cut. the strength preservation was excellent and i even set a deadlift PR while losing weight. physically i looked tighter and more vascular. the only thing i didnt like was the lower back and shin pumps during cardio. running on the treadmill became painful because of the calf pumps. taurine helped somewhat but didnt eliminate it completely. great compound overall
Anavar at 50mg/day for 8 weeks alongside TRT. This is the perfect cutting oral. Strength went UP while I was in a deficit which is wild. The muscle hardening effect was noticeable by week 3. Lost about 6lbs of fat while maintaining (maybe even gaining) lean mass. Minimal sides at this dose, just a slight decrease in appetite. Blood work showed liver values slightly elevated but nothing alarming. Best oral Ive used.

Anavar is super overrated in my opinion. Ran 60mg/day for 8 weeks expecting dramatic results based on all the hype. The effects were subtle at best. Yes I got slightly harder and maybe a tiny bit stronger but nothing that justified the price. Oxandrolone is the most expensive oral mg for mg and I got better visual results from 30mg of winstrol. I think its reputation as a 'safe' steroid makes people overvalue what are ultimately mild effects.
