BUYER BEWARE! John at ZPHCstore.com is a thief. I was a decent customer since 2024. I recently made an order like I have several times and John confirmed my payment and told me my order was transferred to the shipping department and that he would notify me with my tracking number. The next day he started questioning my email address, the same email address I have used on his site since 2024. It was only to be used for zphcstore.com. For online privacy, it was an alias email that had zphcstore in the PREFIX so that I would know which site it was used for. He says that I was scamming him and cancelled my order, kept my money, and banned me from all ZPHC partner sites. Still can't figure out how I bought and paid for products but am somehow scamming him. I even apologized for any confusion it caused and changed the email address to not include and reference to zphc and showed him proof that I changed it. He still refused to send my order or refund my money. John cannot be trusted. He is a thief.
