Was solid up until 4 weeks ago made an order for £90, and after 4 days never received made contact and no reply for a week, then replied asking for order and I had to chase 2 days after which he then said he 100% sent it, bare in mind I did not receive Royal Mail tracking from the start, then gave me poor excuses for another week then said he would re-send, contacted him 4 days ago and today still no reply, like I said I’ve had no issues before so why now for the absolute disappointing treatment for your customer and at this point you can keep the money and I’ll endorse everyone to AVOID!! At all cost clearly something ain’t adding up
