I placed an order back in February and, as of now, it still hasn’t arrived. That said, I’m not overly concerned because I’ve dealt with Naps compounds multiple times before, and their service team has always come through. While delays can definitely be frustrating, I trust that Naps stuff will continue to monitor the situation and make things right. They’ve consistently shown that they stand behind their customers, keeping communication open and working to resolve any shipping issues that come up. Based on my history with them, they’ve earned that confidence. Overall, I still view both the product and the company positively and expect a nice outcome.
