T3 at 50mcg/day ramped up from 25 during my cut. Definitely accelerated fat loss - dropped about 2lbs per week while preserving muscle (was also running test and tren). Metabolism felt significantly faster, was sweating more and felt warmer overall. The risk is using it without anabolics because it can be catabolic and eat muscle. Always run T3 with testosterone at minimum. Tapered down slowly to let my thyroid recover.
