Ran T3 at 75mcg/day without enough anabolic support. Big mistake. Lost fat yes but also lost a noticeable amount of muscle. Looked flat and depleted despite eating adequate protein. T3 at high doses doesnt discriminate between fat and muscle as fuel sources. By the time I realized what was happening Id already lost some hard earned gains. Only run high dose T3 if youre on a proper steroid stack to protect your muscle tissue.
