They sent only 1 of 3 items from my order after advising the brands of product I placed an order were not in stock. I had initially agreed to wait until they came back in stock but they sent 1 of 3 anyway. When only 1 of 3 turned up (they didn’t advise beforehand they were only shipping 1) they advised they had no idea when my requested brand of product would be in stock, to which they offered alternate replacements and I eventually agreed to them. Then there were no further responses at all and they have ignored my emails since.
