Simple 12 week cycle at 400mg. Nothing fancy. Gained about 10lbs of quality mass, all my lifts went up 10-15%. ran superdrol at 10mg/day for 4 weeks keeping it conservative. even at this low dose the gains were impressive - maybe 7lbs gained with noticeably more muscle density. the dry gains are what makes sdrol special, no bloat whatsoever. lethargy hit me around week 3 but was manageable at 10mg. anything higher and i dont think i could function at a desk job.
