Ran oral winny at 50mg/day for 5 weeks. looked absolutely incredible but my joints were screaming. every squat felt like my knees were going to explode. had to switch from barbell squats to leg press because of it. also the liver stress was real - felt constantly fatigued and had dark urine by week 4. TUDCA and NAC are absolutely mandatory with oral winstrol. will probably try the injectable next time hoping for less liver impact

20mg winstrol oral split twice daily for 6 weeks. Lower dose but still got nice results - tighter look, better muscle definition, modest strength increase. The joint issues were present but manageable at this dose. I supplemented with glucosamine and fish oil which seemed to help. My take is that winstrol is best used at lower doses for longer rather than high doses for short periods. The side effects scale dramatically with dose.

Winstrol tabs at 30mg/day for 4 weeks. Quick and effective for cutting. Lost a couple percent bodyfat while getting stronger which is always the goal. The cosmetic effects are noticeable fast with this compound. Dry, hard, vascular look within the first week. Kept the duration short to minimize joint and liver issues. At 4 weeks the sides were very tolerable. Wouldnt go longer than 6 weeks personally.

Oral winstrol 40mg/day for 6 weeks at the tail end of my cut. Dried me out nicely, muscles looked hard and defined. Vascularity was crazy, veins I didnt know I had were popping out. The main issue was joint pain - my shoulders and knees were constantly aching. Also my lipids got absolutely wrecked, HDL tanked to like 15. Its effective for the look but the health trade-offs are significant.
