I use prop for short blasts when I dont want to commit to a full 12-16 week cycle. 6 weeks at 100mg EOD, solid results without being married to a long cycle. Recovery is faster because it clears your system in days. Not the most convenient ester but it has its place in a smart protocol.

ran test prop solo at 100mg eod for 8 weeks as a short cycle. the quick onset was nice, could feel it by day 3-4. the issue is pinning frequency - every other day is a commitment and by week 6 i was running out of good injection sites. pip was rough in the quads especially. results were solid though, lean gains with minimal water retention compared to longer esters

Test prop is my go-to for contest prep. The short ester means less water retention so I look tighter and drier. Run it at 50-75mg ED for the last 6 weeks before a show. Clears the system fast too which is important for tested competitions. The pinning schedule sucks but its worth it for the cosmetic advantage when youre trying to come in peeled.

Used test prop as a kickstart for the first 4 weeks of my cycle at 100mg EOD while waiting for enanthate to saturate. Felt it kicking in within days which was awesome. The downside is pinning every other day gets old fast and the PIP was significantly worse than longer esters. Good compound for specific uses but I wouldnt want to run it as my only test for a full cycle.
