Switched from enanthate to cypionate after some people told me it causes less water retention. Honestly I couldnt tell any difference at all at 400mg/week. Same gains same sides same everything. I think people who claim one is better than the other are experiencing placebo. Both are great testosterone esters that do exactly what theyre supposed to do.

Test cyp gave me horrible acne. like worse than puberty. face, back, shoulders just covered. tried different doses from 200-500 and the acne was there regardless. some people just dont react well to exogenous test i guess. the strength and muscle gains were there but i looked terrible with my shirt off because of all the acne scarring. ended up needing accutane after my cycle which was a whole ordeal
