500mg sustanon per week for my blast, pinning E3D. Great results honestly. 14lbs gained over 15 weeks, noticeable strength increase on all compounds. Felt the fast esters within the first week which was motivating. Managed estrogen with aromasin 12.5mg twice a week, no issues. I prefer sust over single ester test because I like the quick onset while still having the long acting component.

Been using pharma sust from my trt clinic for 2 years. 250mg every 10 days as prescribed. honestly its not the ideal trt protocol because of the fluctuating levels from the mixed esters, but its what my doc prescribes and it works. energy is good, mood is stable, body comp is better than before treatment. would prefer straight cypionate for more stable levels but cant complain about the results

Sust 250 at 500mg/week for 12 weeks. I know people say the blend of esters is pointless but I actually liked it. Felt like it kicked in faster than straight enanthate thanks to the propionate and phenylpropionate in there. Gained about 13lbs, strength was up significantly. Only complaint is the PIP was a bit worse than single ester test. Overall solid results.

Ran sust for 16 weeks at 375mg (1.5ml). Honestly I think its overhyped compared to single ester test. The prop component causes more PIP and you need more frequent injections anyway which defeats the purpose of having long esters in the blend. Results were fine but not better than just running enanthate. I think sustanon exists mainly because of its brand recognition from pharma, not because its actually superior.

Sustanon was my first cycle at 500/week for 14 weeks. felt something within the first week which was cool, probably the prop ester doing its thing. gains were great, put on about 16lbs. the annoying thing is you really need to pin at least twice a week due to the short esters in the blend otherwise blood levels fluctuate and you feel it. when i switched to MWF pins everything stabilized nicely
