My overall experience with big shark has been impressive. Extremely easy ordering process and a flawless victory. At my door in 5 days from when I purchased. Big shark was there for me through out the whole process.
Experience has been solid, purchased twice so far. first one came in 4 days and this one i placed an order wednesday night and it’s delivered friday morning. these guys got it figured out for sure.
Very nice experience. placed an order twice and both times I ordered on Sunday and received the package on Thursday and Wednesday respectively. They emailed the tracking number promptly but it wasn't even necessary.

1/10 Package was placed an order on the 10th of this month so last Tuesday it’s been 8 days and I haven’t received anything nor any updates on package status my email and home address were both correct I’ve tried emailing support multiple times to no avail no response…nothing
